Preheat the oven to 200C . Put the breadcrumbs , flour and egg into 3 separate bowls . Get about 2 tbsp risotto into your hand , flatten out and put a cube of mozzarella in the middle . Shape a ball around the cheese , it should come together perfectly if you just roll it in your hand a bit . Keep a dry hand for the flour and breadcrumbs and a wet one for the egg . Dip a ball into the flour , roll it around so it ' s covered , switch hands and put it in the egg , again rolling it . Finally , drop the ball in the breadcrumbs , rolling it around with your dry hand . Repeat and place on a lined baking sheet . Bake for 20 mins , but don ' t turn them halfway or they are more likely to burst ! Enjoy , dipping into marinara sauce .
