The princess’ fitness and diet regime is based on exercise, lots of water and plenty of fruits and vegetables. The princess has worked out a lot and all her hard work has given her a much slimmer shape in contrast to her size in the past.
Beatrice took the kick and went running. Last September she took part in the Windsor half marathon and managed to complete the run in two hours and 16 minutes. She also completed a London Marathon in April with her American boyfriend David Clark.
The two ran as part of a charity team tied together. They formed a human caterpillar of about 34 people who ran 26.2 miles together. Beatrice has done a lot to raise money for charity and has benefited from the exercise as well.
