Etkinliklerimiz / Our Activities
Çiğdem Odabaşı, creative drama instructor and author had an
enjoyable workshop with our students on Orhan Veli, the poet she
picked from the poetry anthology and his poems as our students
studied this anthology throughout the year. After an interactive talk
on the themes of Orhan Veli’s poems students improvised and
created their own poems based on the visuals related to these
themes. Our students enjoyed this workshop a lot which also
helped them increase their interest in poems and raise their aware-
ness.

Atatürk) (Grade 3)
Tüm çocukların çok sevdiği bir kitap serisi olan
“Büyük Atatürk’ten Küçük Öyküler” kitapları
kapsamında söyleşi yapmak üzere, yazar Süleyman
Bulut okulumuzdaydı. Atatürk’e dair bilinmeyen
anılar ve fotoğraflarla, öğrencilerimizin yoğun ilgisi
ve sorularıyla zenginleşen etkinliğimiz, yazarın
kitaplarını imzalaması ile sona erdi.
The author Süleyman Bulut was in our school in
order to give a talk within the framework of his
series of books titled “Büyük Atatürk’ten Küçük
Öyküler” which is loved by all children a lot. The
activity became richer with our students’ great inter-
est and questions, memories and photos of Atatürk
that have not been known a lot and ended with the
author singing his books.

(Grade 7)
7. Sınıflarımız, okudukları “Dağın Ay’la Buluştuğu Yer”
adlı kitap üzerine, okulumuzda konuk ettiğimiz yaratıcı
drama eğitmeni Başak Bayraktar ile birlikte keyifli bir
etkinlik gerçekleştirdiler. Kitap ve yazarı üzerine sohbet
ettikten sonra, dixit kartlarla kitapta yaşanan olayları
eşleştirmeye çalıştılar ve kitabın bazı bölümlerini içeren
dramatizasyonlar yaptılar.
Our Grade 7 students had an enjoyable activity with
Başak Bayraktar, creative drama instructor whom we
invited to our school with regard to the book titled
“Dağın Ay’la Buluştuğu Yer” that our students read.
After talking on the book and author our students tried to
match the dixit cards with the events in the book and
dramatized some parts of the book.
