created and facilitated a six week positive
psychology campaign that targeted both students
and teachers in their school. The campaign involved
six positive actions; positive posters, gratitude
journals, random acts of kindness, “What I like
about you..? Certificates”, mindfulness workshops
and meditation. All staff and students were surveyed
at the end of the campaign. The young researchers
and their teacher Helen Corbett were delighted
to deliver positive feedback on the happiness
campaign’s effectiveness on both staff and students.
One of the objectives of this investigation is to
create a packaged campaign that can be shared
with other schools at both primary and secondary
level.
