five aspects of employee engagement you feel can be served
better using technology. (e.g. one aspect might be - using
analytics to measure reach of rewards and recognition within
the organization, or using mobile technology to recognize team
members in remote locations)
Some areas that I think HR can benefit is in exploring chatbots for benefit
queries and benefit exploration, Apps for rewards and compensation
process. Artificial intelligence in study data that comes through surveys,
mobile learning for engaging with distance learning for our employees in
remote locations. In an Indian context apps to engage with candidates
while pre-onboarding them into the organization.
