Announcement We launched our Chandigarh Chapter with an English- Speaking workshop for children of all age groups at a small village named Seeonk, falling under Mohali district. Seeonk, which ironically stands for ‘termites’ in Punjabi, is the name of the village which is home to approximately 1200 people, situated right on the outskirts of Chandigarh and was chosen as the launchpad for our social outreach initiative in and around Chandigarh. The event finally kicked off at the Government Primary School, Seeonk Village itself, with around 50 students from different age-groups coming together with the sole purpose of enhancing their English speaking abilities.
