From the point of view of the urbanistic and architectural profession , the construction of the upper road above Prcanj would undoubtedly represent a great danger and irreparable damage to the UNESCO protected area of Kotor , as well as the danger of a protected segment of the cultural landscape in the territory of Prcanj settlement , degrading the authentic steppe olive trees and arable land , the complete break of medieval roads in the upper zone of the settlement and consequently the disintegration of the entire cultural landscape in Vrmac hill . The intervention of the construction of the upper main road from Kotor to Tivat via Prcanj would unequivocally activate the excessive urbanization that unfortunately happened in Dobrota , destroying the authentic cultural landscape of Bay of Kotor . Bearing in mind these negative facts , the proposal of an alternative mode of transport and the reconstruction of existing infrastructure should be planned according to You as well ?

• ( 23.1 %) Complete reconstruction of the coastal road of Muo-Prcanj-Stoliv with the construction of the necessary road infrastructure , proper curbs , horizontal and vertical signalization , complete replacement of rough and fine asphalt and reparation of black spots , installation of proper coverings over rain channels in private and public property , and parking places .
• ( 12.3 %) Activation of continuous water transport on the route Tivat - Donja Lastva - Lepetani - Stoliv - Prcanj - Muo – Kotor .
• ( 0.5 %) Activation of regular bus transport every 30 minutes on the route Kotor - Tivat
• ( 0.5 %) Activation of other types of alternative transport and creation of appropriate rental points : bicycles , electric motorcycles , electric cars , motorboats , etc .
• ( 61.5 %) All four of these suggestions
