The next day, I headed to Monument Valley, south of Moab. It is a vast area sprayed with huge rock structures called Mittens.
When I was taking some night shots in the valley, a beautiful Crescent rose in the Eastern sky over the Mittens.

As I was taken in the beauty of the moonrise, I waited for the sun to come out which was couple of hours of waiting game. This
time flew as I made new friends in the lodge nearby with the lodge keepers who shared their amazing stories. After few hours, the
sun rose which turned out to be purely magical as the first rays got split when it hit the mittens.
