Mesa Arch Sunrise - Soul Elevated
I started hiking to the historical site False Kiva ‐ a small cave in the walls of the canyon. The trail was unmarked with just small stone
cairns to guide. As the day got hotter, the thunderstorm started to roll in to the canyon systems of the Canyonlands and loud
thunders echoed in the valley as the sound waves kept hitting and reflecting the canyon walls. I stood there in awe looking at the
storm. I continued the hike after the storm crossed and reached the sacred cave which was so peaceful and silent that I could even
listen to my heart beat.
