The Directors declare that:
a) in the Directors’ opinion, there are reasonable grounds
to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts
as and when they become due and payable; and
b) in the Directors’ opinion, the attached financial
statements and notes thereto are in accordance with
the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission
Act 2012 (Cth) and Charitable Fundraising Act 1991,
including compliance with accounting standards, and
giving a true and fair view of the financial position and
performance of the Company.
Signed in accordance with a resolution of the Directors
made pursuant to S.60.15 of the Australian Charities and
Not-for-Profits Commission Regulations 2013.
On behalf of the Directors
In the opinion of the Board of Directors:
(i) the financial statements give a true and fair view of
all income and expenditure of the Company with
respect to fundraising appeals;
(ii) the Statement of Financial Position gives a true
and fair view of the state of affairs with respect to
fundraising appeals;
(iii) the provisions of the Charitable Fundraising Act
1991 and the regulations under that Act and the
conditions attached to the authority have been
complied with; and
(iv) the internal controls exercised by the Company
are appropriate and effective in accounting for
all income received.
