Directors ’ Declaration

The Directors declare that :

b ) in the Directors ’ opinion , there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable ; and

in the Directors ’ opinion , the attached financial statements and notes thereto are in accordance with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 ( Cth ) and Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 , including compliance with accounting standards , and giving a true and fair view of the financial position and performance of the Company .

Declaration by Board of Directors in Respect of Fundraising Appeals

In the opinion of the Board of Directors :

( i ) the financial statements give a true and fair view of all income and expenditure of the Company with respect to fundraising appeals ; ( ii ) the Statement of Financial Position gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs with respect to fundraising appeals ;

( iii ) the provisions of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and the regulations under that Act and the conditions attached to the authority have been complied with ; and
