Directors’ Declaration
The Directors declare that:
a) in the Directors’ opinion, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts
as and when they become due and payable; and
b) in the Directors’ opinion, the attached financial statements and notes thereto are in accordance with the
Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth) and Charitable Fundraising Act 1991,
including compliance with accounting standards, and giving a true and fair view of the financial position and
performance of the Company.

Declaration by Board of Directors in Respect of Fundraising Appeals
In the opinion of the Board of Directors:
(i) the financial statements give a true and fair view of all income and expenditure of KU Children’s Services with respect
to fundraising appeals;
(ii) the Statement of Financial Position gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs with respect to fundraising appeals;
(iii) the provisions of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and the regulations under that Act and the conditions attached
to the authority have been complied with; and
(iv) the internal controls exercised by KU Children’s Services are appropriate and effective in accounting for all income received.
