Throughout 2015 KU invested in a new Business Management System, software and hardware upgrades and an automated staff timesheet system. All are designed to deliver greater efficiency across the organisation, and enable educators to remain focussed on the most important part of their role, children’s learning. Parents often tell us they expect ongoing communication about their child’s day and development, and increasingly they want to be able access that information in ways, and at times, convenient to them. In response, KU began investigating ways educators could use online platforms to document children’s learning, and ultimately build stronger connections with families.
