STRATEGIC PLAN DELIVERY Evolving and innovative services Ensuring the long term sustainability of our organisation is both a core value of KU, and a cornerstone objective of the current strategic plan; Building on the KU Difference. Recognising that 120 years of excellence and leadership in early education does not necessarily guarantee ongoing success for the future, 2015 saw us embark on the Evolution Project; a review of both our operations, and the changing marketplace, to ensure we are well positioned for the future. Passives 14.6% Detractors 7.3% 120th Annual Report 2015 The Evolution Project included months of detailed analysis of our operations, finances and programs. KU families and staff were also provided opportunities to share their feedback and ideas. Some Evolution Project findings reaffirmed our instincts and existing knowledge, such as the value of KU’s long term investment in quality, and the role our staff play in bringing that to life.
