2015 was a year of great celebrations
and challenges for KU.
In celebrating the astounding milestone
of 120 years providing early education,
we reflected on the passion for quality,
commitment to qualified educators, and
leadership and advocacy for children
that have been consistent drivers of KU’s
success. It was also an opportunity to
review our business operations to ensure
the organisation continues to respond to
change and evolve for the future.
The Evolution Project saw us examine the
performance of individual centres and
programs, our Central Office, and explore
new business opportunities. The project
resulted in major organisational changes,
including a restructure of the Executive
Team, a range of sweeping ‘back of house’
system and process improvement
