We have a strong focus on shaping the education of future lawyers ; whether as students or as graduate lawyers . We thereby contribute to giving lawyers a strong professional foundation and the right conditions for advising Danish businesses in the future .
Kromann Reumert is one of the leading law firms in Denmark and therefore needs to invest in having a constant influx of next-generation well-educated attorneys . We recruit more than 50 new law graduates every year . As a new law graduate , you need to go through a three-year development programme to qualify as an attorney . We invest heavily in providing our lawyers with the best education in the market , and we are highly committed to providing development opportunities for our employees in order that they can improve their skills and satisfy their own and our expectations .
We do this knowing full well that not all of them remain employees of Kromann Reumert . Some of them will after completion of their education seek new challenges outside Kromann Reumert , for example as in-house lawyers in Danish businesses or as employees of colleague law firms . We take responsibility for providing them with a good education so that they can create value for us , for the profession and for society .
Continuous development of talents In 2022 , 57 new law graduates were employed by Kromann Reumert and began their journey towards qualifying as attorneys . Through courses , legal advice and assistance , we prepare our assistant attorneys to be able to independently advise Danish and international business clients .
One of our many talented assistant attorneys is Cecilie Anthony Berno Hald . In 2022 , the trade journal Estate Media Denmark named her one of the greatest talents within real estate . Cecilie specialises in construction law , advising contractors , employers and technical advisers . In addition , she assists parties to construction contracts in dealing with major disputes , which have become more frequent .
