The sustainable work life ... – What is it ?

The sustainable work life is not just about ensuring a successful work-life balance . It is also about ensuring that our employees are offered training and that we , together with each individual employee , create the best framework for them to thrive and exploit their potential at Kromann Reumert .
We want to be an attractive workplace for our employees and are therefore always looking to adapt to the needs and wishes of our employees . We are in ongoing dialogue with the organisation to ensure that the initiatives we launch create value for the employees and for us as a business .
We have an individual dialogue with each employee , and our ambition is to tailor each employee ' s tasks , develop- ment and well-being with due respect for individual differences . This is supported by our EXPECT universe , which embraces development , dialogues , balance , etc . The entire EXPECT universe is flexible and supports the flexibility required for a sustainable work life .
Our business is centred around our knowledge . Learning and development opportunities for our employees are key in our achievement of a sustainable work life . All employees do not necessarily have to learn the same things at the same time . To ensure a diverse workplace – and to embrace diversity – we recognise that employees across different generations and life experiences have different preferences . We need to practise how to be flexible and adapt to the needs of each individual employee .
