Norlys Danish energy and tele group , Norlys , entered into a conditional agreement for sale of a 35 % stake in its fibre company , Norlys Tele , to a consortium consisting of PGGM , a Dutch pension fund , and EDF Invest , the investment company of French energy group EDF . The deal was one of the largest fibre network transactions ever in Europe .

Topdanmark In a transaction worth just over DKK 2 billion , the insurance company Topdanmark sold its life insurance business to Nordea . Nordea takes over a portfolio of 225,000 customers , allowing Topdanmark to focus on non-life insurance in future .
