A wild , blossoming field . That ’ s both the inspiration for and expression of Meadow , a collection of vases that look just as good on their own as holding a sheaf of roses . Or tulips , a mixed bouquet , a solitary flower , a wellchosen twig .
Meadow is made using a glass-crushing technique where the vases are rolled in colored , crushed glass while they are still red-hot . The shards blend into and become part of the glass itself , and no two vases are alike . The organic pattern combined with the straight lines creates a playful whole that highlights the craftsmanship , while the shape of the vase highlights the floral splendor it embraces .
