Mino hand-blown at the Kosta glassworks , presents a base onto which glass balls are mounted before getting cut up into blossoming flowers . “ I see these anemones as wild glass flowers or , for that matter , unruly curly hair ”, says Bergström . “ I take an interest in things that are thrown away , disposed , disregarded , and belittled , like the chipped fragments in glass production . I thought I could create a minimalistic anemone by assembling such fragments . In fact , it resulted in a chaos of fragments , the genie was out of the bottle , like a graphic ball , crazy and wonderful .”
