“Revenge is always the weak pleasure of a little and narrow mind.”- Juvenal

Revenge is an one simple act that can shatter one’s life in a snap of a finger. Types of revenge can vary depending on how destructively a person wants to hurt someone. Even the outcome of the smallest revenge is and will never be good and it’ll always end up worsening the situation. Revenge is like a cycle where one small thing leads to another, eventually affecting the things that is around them and also hurting themselves. During one of Doug Horton’s speeches, he once said, “While seeking revenge, dig two graves--- one for yourself”. Like this quote, seeking revenge only kills them and they end up not benefitting anything from it. Most of the times, people get the satisfaction they want after seeing someone else getting hurt and see their lives break apart. But often times they don’t realize the seriousness and the danger that is waiting ahead of them if they take revenge on someone else. There are two examples to help them understand the concept of revenge and its outcome.
