“It took me over 10 years to create and compile the ideal set of in-
struments for implant surgery. Many instruments had to be designed,
developed or modified. Brand new items that have never been seen
before are the new universal retractor, sinus retractors, flexible drilling
gauge, flexible depth measuring probe and the “Swing-Lift” instru-
ments. The instrument set consists of 26 instruments, well organized
in total 3 sterilization cassettes.
It is generally known how important good equipment is – for example
in sports or in handcraft. Unfortunately, in implant surgery and above
all during the apprenticeship this subject is carelessly neglected. How-
ever, the use of the “ideal” instruments is as important and essential
for a successful result, as the practical education, experience and
talent of the dentist as well as chosing the „ideal“ implant system.
This set of instruments is the key to a professional assistance during
surgery: for a more time-saving, safe and atraumatic operation, with
less stress for the dentist, his team and last but not least the patient.
True to the motto: “primum nihil nocere”. It is one important pillar of
my global “KISS”-philosopy: “Keep it simple and successful.”“
