Speed fines for revenue collecting is unheard of and Police are there to genuinely protect and serve . And , so , long-range , high-speed motorcycle blasting can happily be done with confidence . That nagging fear of licence loss never enters a rider ’ s head . You ’ re relaxed , at peace and in harmony on the motorway heading south at a conservative 240km / h . A local constabulary member gives you a friendly wave for riding in such a restrained manner . You wave back .
