fuel level , gear selection , distance travelled and speed as well as the usual warning lights . Throwing a leg over it , it feels pretty good . You sit into a nice comfy seat that is not too tall . The ergonomics feel excellent with everything where it should be . Perhaps the seat / foot peg relationship is a little cramped for the tall ( I ’ m 6 ’ 2 ”). Riding away from a standstill , the engine feels smooth and torquey - really quite easy to use . I didn ’ t find it sensitive to stalling and it produces very linear power that will be useable by all levels of rider . It doesn ’ t feel especially fast in the topend , but then I haven ’ t ridden a 750 parallel twin in years , so a relevant comparison didn ’ t spring to mind . It certainly feels faster than a 500 and slower than a 1000 , so , I guess it ’ s about right . 56kW ( 75hp ) is available at 8500rpm and maximum torque of 67Nm is at 6500rpm . The important thing to understand is that the real-world pace is plenty fast and will effortlessly put you in licence-losing territory ! I liked the power delivery , because no matter where I rode it , from highway to lane-splitting to twisting back roads , it required no
