Both models feature a similar rear suspension and swingarm design as the FTR750, which Indian says gives a race look and ensures maximum grip and compliance on even the roughest of roads. Newly- developed Dunlop tyres give the authentic flat track look and ProTaper flat tracker aluminium 'bars complete the race bike look. Both bikes get full LED lighting, ABS brakes and cruise control. The 1200S benefits from fully adjustable front and rear suspension, a 4.3-inch LCD touch screen dash with bluetooth, lean-sensitive stability control, traction control, wheelie-mitigation control and three riding modes (Sport, Standard, Rain). The FTR1200 is available in black starting at $20,995, while the 1200S in red/grey and titanium/black starting at $22,995. There's also a race-replica paint scheme version of the FTR750 start at $23,995. Expect dealers to have stock in the first half of 2019. Visit 1200-family/ for more information. KIWI RIDER 23
