The gear has become so reliable and safe with the ability to pack small, fit in a surfboard bag and create so much more opportunity to enjoy the ocean. There is so much to love about both sports. They complement each other very well, we can take so much pleasure from both. “For me the best part of surfing is when paddling into the wave, making the drop really late so it puts you inside the barrel, for me, there is no better feeling when I surf. What I really love about kitesurfing is that you don’t stop to breathe, you never sit and wait, you are in the moment at all times. You can catch so many waves in one session, even if you don’t have waves you can play with the kite, try some tricks with the surfboard, and just always be riding.
