foil. Don’t make the first sessions in too light wind as it’s gonna be hard to keep the kite up in the air. You will need to be very good in piloting your kite! At least 12 knots (up to 18 knots) is my advice. I love to use a 10m Rebel for Foil. Better if you know how to ride well on a surfboard strapless before trying the foil… Once on the board, forget all you know about kitesurfing! You can edge and press on your back leg as you would ride a Twin Tip… but really you need to put your weight on the front legs, more than you can imagine!
