plant based ground beef
2 jars
KFI Vindaloo sauce
1 can
kidney beans
1 can
black beans
1 medium
onion
2 Tbsp .
oil
1 can
diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
TOPPINGS AND GARNISH INGREDIENTS
Fresh lime Vegan sour cream Fresh cilantro Vegan Cheese Green onions
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat . Add plant based beef and sauté for 2 minutes . Add onions and sauté for an additional 2 minutes . Do not caramelize the onions .
Add 2 jars of KFI Vindaloo sauce to the pot along with the drained kidney beans and black beans . Add 1 can of diced tomatoes along with the juice .
Season to taste and simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes .
Serve with your favorite toppings and garnish .
