Traditional Coconut Pyramids
Coconut Pyramids seem to be out of the ordinary. They look like cakes, but there is no flour in them. They are creamy and delicate and easy to make.
1 egg white
100 g golden caster sugar
130 g desiccated coconut
Glace cherries to decorate
Pre heat the oven to 170 C, 325 F, Gas 3
Whisk the egg white to soft peaks
Whisk in the sugar
Fold in the coconut
Grease and line a baking tray and form the mixture into 10 - 12 pyramids
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until just golden.
Easy 2 ingredient pyramids
220 g desiccated coconut
180 g condensed milk
Pre heat the oven to 170 C, 325 F, Gas 3
Mix the ingredients well and form into pyramids
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
