I think we will see lots
of natural materials,
texture and accents
in metallic. I love this
simple round metallic
mirror, gorgeous
above a dresser in a
child's room, but also
perfectly at home
above a console table
in an entryway.

In 2018 we’ll be seeing
various shades of green
from celery to emerald
in home furnishings
and accessories. Like
a chameleon, green
changes depending on
its surroundings. It has a
lively feel against a white
back drop, a natural look
when paired with wood
tones and a rich, moody
persona as part of a darker
color scheme.

My trend prediction for 2018
is that we will see more bold
and “mural type” wallpapers
to create nice focal walls. I
think we will see this trend
run the gamut from fun and
modern styles to very intricate
and opulent. I’m a huge fan of
wallpaper as I believe it can
make a huge improvement in
the look and feel of a home.
I love how the industry is
evolving from the notion that
wallpapers in general were
associated with “older days”
and are now being pushed to
something totally hip, cool and
trendy.
