foreward Enjoying an advantage As we quickly approach Christmas retailers will be working hard to manage the drastic increase in footfall we typically see at this busy time of year. It goes without saying that those with interactive kiosks deployed within their stores will be in an advantaged position when it comes to customer service, speed, efficiency and cost reduction. All retailers will inevitably feel the pinch the season brings, which traditionally continues into the New Year with the biggest sales of the year.
