Obtaining
coupons
Everybody loves a good
discount, and so if an
attraction or restaurant is
offering a decent deal such
as 2 for 1 or 20% off your
bill it can be a great reason
to visit. Especially if you don’t
know the area and are just
going by recommendations.
Normally coupons will need to
be downloaded or printed so
having a kiosk in the hotel
lobby allowing guests to
do this in their own time is
incredibly convenient.

Food & beverage
ordering
It's common for hotels t o
have their own restaurant
and bar area onsite for
guests to eat and drink. This
is a great convenience for
guests and also a brilliant
and easy way for the hotel
to upsell. It’s not common,
but some hotels do give
the opportunity for guests
to order food and drinks
through a self-service
kiosk. This is great if the
restaurant is busy as
it reduces the amount
of time guests have to
wait for their food, and
instead they can sit
comfortably at the bar
until it's ready.

ATM
There's always going to be a time when
someone needs to withdraw cash from
their bank account, so having an ATM
provided somewhere in the hotel is
incredibly popular.

Gift card sale/printing
Some hotels will offer gift cards for
guests to purchase for use in a spa, golf
course or restaurant, and these can be
acquired through a self-service kiosk.
Printing will usually be available as well,
so the guest will have their gift card
ready to use immediately. This is great
for the hotel as it's no extra work for the
staff and it is a brilliant way to get new
customers to their establishment.
