Lord, thank you for giving us Pa and thank you for giving him
such a long and mostly healthy life. We ask you to grant him
peace in Heaven. Lord hear us.

Lord, we pray for all our family especially Nana, may she be
granted peace and strength at this time. Lord hear us.

We pray for the doctors, nurses and physiotherapists at
Barwon Health who have looked after Pa this year. We thank
them for treating him with kindness and dignity especially
Lincoln and John. May they be blessed at this time.

Lord, we pray for all those who suffer from ill health and
disability, especially Nana and Uncle John. We also pray for
their families and carers that they may continue to offer this
important support. May they be blessed at this time.

support worker to Nana and Pa. We thank her for her kindness
and excellent care of Pa. May she be blessed at this time.
