The most common reason why people think their lives
suck is that they are not living their own lives. Look
deeply into whether you are acting to please others,
whether it is family, friends, and or society. Realize that
you need to get to know whom you are and what you
desire to do in life. You have to make the choices to
follow your own path. Don’t ever think you’re useless;
everyone has something to offer.
What are some qualities you have that you like about
yourself? Take those qualities and let them shine and
you will see everything fall into place. Don’t doubt
yourself; you never know. You may be having a positive
influence on others even when you think you are
useless.
How do you find meaning in your life? Have you ever
wondered what might have been if you had made
different choices? I believe we are all here for a specific
purpose, and maybe we will never fully realize why we
are here. Maybe your life seems rather insignificant in
the scheme of things…but you know what? Maybe it’s
not time for you to find out what it is you are meant to
do, or maybe your purpose is to be in the service field
to help people who cannot help themselves.
I often wondered what my purpose on earth was. I had
never done anything spectacular. I think my purpose is
not about me. I believe that my purpose is bigger than
I am. We are here to look after one another. I think it
is our purpose to leave this world and the people in
it better than we found it. You might ask, “What am I
supposed to be doing?”
I believe we are supposed to be doing better today than
we were yesterday. It is not necessary to worry about
your purpose in life; just let it come to you naturally.
We find meaning in our lives when we do what makes
us happy. Listen to your spirit, and let God lead and
guide you. He will direct your path, and when you
get to a cross road, ask God which way to go. Make
no mistake, in the end the price of happiness is your
responsibility. As soon as you stop making everyone
and everything else responsible for your happiness,
the happier you will be. If you are unhappy now, it’s
not someone else’s fault. Your happiness depends on
your self-reliance, your unshakable willingness to take
responsibility for your life from this moment forward,
regardless of who had a hand in making it the way
it is now. It is about taking control of your present
circumstances, finding your true self by thinking for
yourself, and making a firm choice to live yo \
