If you travel with the Alabama Crimson Tide football team on a regular basis , you probably have your lodging for away games booked by now . If you secured a last-minute ticket , there are still some lodging options you can explore . The best way to find lodging , restaurants , and activities is to take advantage of the destination ’ s official Convention and Visitors Bureau ( CVB ) website . If you have a few extra days to spend in the area , you can plan an itinerary with a few clicks of the keyboard . If you had rather call , there are usually travel specialists at the office to help plan your trip . A CVB is the most accurate and informative tool you can use in planning vacations as well .
I reached out to the CVBs below for their suggestions for Tide fans . There are two that especially stand out . The kids will love America ’ s largest indoor waterpark , Kalahari Resorts and Conventions , north of Austin , Texas . Also , The Inn at Houmas House , outside of Baton Rouge , Louisiana , is romantic and family friendly . Happy traveling , and Roll Tide !
