Be A Chocolatier For A Day ! Have you ever wondered what goes into making chocolate ? At Camp Peterbrooke , you will have the opportunity to learn about where chocolate comes from and the science of tempering chocolate . Learn how to make a chocolate bar , dip your own decadent treats and build a chocolate gift basket to take home .
