Plastic tubs are filled by library staff with age-appropriate STEM and STEAM projects , as well as materials required for individual students to complete each project . Tinker Tubs are available for teacher check out , and training is provided at the library or in the classroom so teachers can best utilize all this program offers . When the tubs are returned , they are restocked by staff for the next classroom use .
