Our doors opened in 1985 as Sav-A-Life of Tuscaloosa . For nearly 40 years we have been serving families in West Alabama . Since opening , we have been supported by individuals , churches , and businesses . This allows us to offer all our services free of charge . We are dedicated to providing a safe and warm environment for everyone , regardless of age , sex , religion , nationality , sexual orientation , income , or disability .
At New Day Women ’ s Center , our mission is to offer hope and provide compassionate care to women who are faced with an unplanned pregnancy . If that ’ s you , we know that it can be confusing , overwhelming , and even scary . But we also want you to know that you are not alone .
