The Greatest Stage on Earth( June 15-19; Ages 6-13; 9:00am-12:00pm daily) at Tuscaloosa Children’ s Theatre is a spectacular camp inspired by The Greatest Showman for ages 6-13. Campers will explore iconic songs like“ This Is Me” and“ The Greatest Show” through choreography, character work, and ensemble performance. At the end of the week, participants will showcase their talents in a dazzling celebration of creativity and showmanship. All skill levels welcome!
Superstar Summer Jam: A K-Pop Kids Camp( June 22- 26; Ages 6-14; 9:00am-12:00pm daily) at Tuscaloosa Children’ s Theatre is an action-packed adventure for ages 6-14 inspired by K-Pop hunters! Campers will learn high-energy choreography, create their own hunter personas, and form“ hunter squads” to protect their city through music and dance. The week concludes with an electrifying showcase featuring epic battle sequences set to infectious K-Pop beats. No prior experience necessary— just bring your energy and love for K-Pop!
Swiftie Singing School( July 7-9; Ages 6-14; 9:00am- 12:00pm daily) at Tuscaloosa Children’ s Theatre is a vocal-focused camp for ages 6-14 where students will work on audition cuts from Taylor Swift’ s iconic catalog while also learning essential musical theatre singing techniques. Campers will develop vocal technique, breath control, and performance skills as they explore both contemporary pop and classic Broadway styles. In addition to mastering Taylor’ s hits, students will also prepare a cut from a musical, learning how to apply their skills to theatrical repertoire and develop their unique voice and stage presence. All skill levels welcome!
Shrek the Musical KIDS( July 13-17 with Performances July 18; Ages 7-18; 9:00am-3:00pm daily) at Tuscaloosa Children’ s Theatre is a Page to Stage camp for ages 7-18 that brings the beloved DreamWorks story to life. Campers will join Shrek and Donkey on their quest to rescue Princess Fiona while exploring themes of friendship and acceptance. Through acting, singing, and dancing to songs like“ I’ m a Believer” and“ I Know It’ s Today,” participants will rehearse this fun-filled adventure featuring iconic fairy tale characters. At the end of the week, campers will present a fully realized production for family and friends. All skill levels welcome!
Disney Dreamers( July 13-17; Ages 4-6; 9:00am-12:00pm) at Tuscaloosa Children’ s Theatre is a magical introduction to theatre for our youngest performers ages 4-6. Campers will join Mickey, Minnie, and beloved Disney friends in a world of imagination and play. Through creative movement, storytelling, sing-alongs, and hands-on activities, little dreamers will explore classic Disney tales and create their own magical moments. The week includes fun theatre games, simple crafts, and a special sharing time where campers can showcase what they’ ve learned. No experience necessary— just bring your love of Disney and ready-to-dream attitude!
Christmas in July( July 20-24 with Performances on July 24; Ages 6-14; 9:00am-3:00pm) Ages at Tuscaloosa Children’ s Theatre is an original Page to Stage production for ages 6-14 that puts a summery twist on the holiday season. After returning from a tropical vacation, Santa decides he loves summer so much that he wants to cancel Christmas and stay on permanent vacation! But the determined elves aren’ t giving up without a fight. Through heartwarming performances of classic Christmas songs, they remind Santa of the joy, wonder, and magic that make Christmas special. Will their musical mission convince Santa to save the holiday? Campers will bring this charming original story to life through acting, singing, and dancing, culminating in a full production that celebrates the true spirit of Christmas— even in the middle of summer! Tuscaloosa Christian School’ s SuperStart Elementary Basketball Camp
A high-energy basketball camp for boys and girls entering 1st through exiting 6th grade, featuring drills, fundamentals, competitive play, individual evaluations, daily devotion, plus a camp t-shirt and basketball.
