Summer Explorations is much more than a way to prevent the dreaded“ summer slide.” It’ s an exciting opportunity for students to strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and explore new interests in a joyful, engaging environment.
Imagine classrooms filled with energy as students dive into hands-on lessons designed by our team of highly qualified educators. Each class is carefully planned to keep students actively involved while reinforcing key learning goals. Students will build vocabulary, strengthen reading and math skills, sharpen critical thinking, and grow their creativity— all while having an amazing time.
With over 40 class options offered across 10 weeks, there is truly something for everyone— from Preschool through High School. Our program supports a wide range of learning styles and Multiple Intelligences, with a strong emphasis on STEM( Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
This summer, many of our classes will have a special focus on math, helping students strengthen foundational skills, develop problem-solving strategies, and build confidence through engaging, hands-on activities. Whether your child needs enrichment, extra practice, or a fun new way to approach math, our program offers exciting opportunities to grow and succeed.
To make summer planning easy for families, we offer flexible morning and afternoon sessions:
• Morning Classes: 8:00 a. m.– 12:00 p. m.
• Afternoon Classes: 1:00 p. m.– 5:00 p. m.
• Morning arrival begins at 7:30 a. m.
• Teachers remain until 5:25 p. m. for pick-up. Parents may choose morning classes, afternoon classes, or create a full day program from 8:00 – 5:00. If students are enrolled in both sessions and bring a lunch, we provide free supervised lunch care from 12:00 – 1:00 p. m.
Summer Explorations is offered in five sessions beginning: May 26, June 8, June 22, July 6, and July 20.
Elementary students may enroll in one session or all ten, choosing the grade level they have just completed or the grade they will enter in August.
And we haven’ t forgotten our youngest learners! Our DHRcertified classes welcome children as young as 1 month old, providing a safe, nurturing environment for even our tiniest explorers.
