She always comes up with inspiring ideas and tries to improve Kids India and make it a special experience for all visitors and exhibitors. She has a great feeling for the Indian market and intuitively knows which ideas work out successfully. Sonia always keeps an eye on the budget and tries to make the best out of the re- Tanu Ailawadi, India Representative of Spielwarenmesse eG has been in the event management business for over 10 years. She knows the Indian toy industry for years and has brought many visitors and exhibitors to Spielwarenmesse® in Nuremberg (Germany), despite the low temperatures which they have to cope with during the German winter. Tanu works very professionally and pulls the strings. She leads the project and is the contact person for all Indian exhibitors and visitors at Kids India. Tanu organizes the theme pavilions and the seminar and workshop Sonia Prashar and Tanu Ailawadi are supported by Sushila Pharswan and Manika Mittal who are excited about the upcoming event and feel that it is a great learning experience for both of them. Sushila and Manika focus on sales in India, so perhaps you already have been in contact with one of them. Besides sales they prepare visa invitation letters for international visitors and exhibitors, they organize the fact-finding trip for international visitors and they support Tanu with the accounting and operations onsite. We are glad that we were able to use Kids India to promote the awareness campaign Value of Play and to support the effort to make a change in the society’s mindset in India about the role of play in the development of children.
