The strong increase in the Omicron variant and the associated increasing concern of exhibitors and visitors about the health of their teams led to the cancellation of Spielwarenmesse 2022 in Nuremberg . However , the organizers created a new multifunctional platform for the industry at the original fair date . Thanks to Spielwarenmesse Digital , the industry had the opportunity to network and discover the latest trends .
