Hot apple toddy
(non-alcoholic)
Ingredients for 4-6
1 litre apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
4 cloves
for the apple chips:
1 apple
1. Preheat the oven to 100 C.
2. Wash the apple. Finely slice then place it on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes or until crispy.
3. Pour the juice into a pan.
4. Add the seasoning and heat on medium heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
5. Discard the seasoning and serve it hot with apple chips.
