Use Liquid soap, powdered of soap. soap or bar soap are all great. 3. SCRUB: Rub the palms, back of your hands, wrists, under your nails and between your fingers for at least 20 seconds. Can’t wash your hands? Use an alcohol- based hand sanitizer. Put 1-2 pumps onto palm 4. Rinse your hands to get rid of the soap (and dirt and germs). Spread on finger tips, between fingers, back of hands, base of thumbs and around your wrist. 5. Air dry your hands or use a clean towel, either cloth or paper. Rub hands 15-20 seconds, or until hands are dried. Try writing your own hand washing song.
