Follow Your Passion

Successful leaders create their own success story which inspires people all over the world. So, what makes people successful and what can we learn from the most successful people in the world?

First of all we have to agree that every leader's achievements depend on his or her ability to transfer dreams into achievable goals. This is what we are going to talk about in this article.

As a result of creating a dream, leaders will start having a clear vision about the future that they want to create. This vision has three main elements that correspond to three critical questions: What they want to achieve, when, and how. However this vision followed by SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) which encourage leaders to measure their performance.

If we analyze the most successful people on earth, For instance Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, we can clearly see their visions were focused on how to change the world and they succeeded. Mr. Gates changed the world by making computers popular and people use them to do almost everything. Mr. Jobs also, succeeded by making people all over

the world think differently through Apple modern products, which has made shifts in several industries especially the music industry.

Every successful leader who was inspired by his dreams motivated himself to be more innovative and, in some cases, to merge innovation with invention to give the world the best results of his intellectual thinking, which makes leaps or tipping points in societies. As a result leaders work to the last day of their lives to satisfy their desire to have success. This is what we can learn from Steve Jobs when he was ill by cancer and invented several products that have lead to a new era. That is the way leaders think and act.
