Olive loaf

Ingredients:

250g of flour

3 eggs

½ bag of yeast

10 cl olive oil

10 cl white wine for cooking

150 g of green olives without stones

150g of ham

75g of grated gruyere cheese

imperdiet egestas.

How to make it?

Break the eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs (It has to be frothy)

Mix the flour into the eggs in a small quantity for as much time as you need. At the same time and in exactly the same way start to blend in the white wine and the olive oil as well, mixing will be easier and you won’t need to fight with the lumps.

Stop mixing as soon as you have a smooth mixture without any lumps. Put the mixture into a greased bread tin or a cake pan

Cooking time: Around 30 minutes at 160 degrees, fan oven is highly recommended.

Side dish suggestion: Tomatoes and mozzarella with some green salad and black olives seasoned with olive oil and little salt. Don't forget a nice glass of red wine too!

Ingredients:

3 apples

150g of flour

75g of butter

120g of sugar

Cut the apples in square and put them into a greased cake plate.

Mix the flour, butter and sugar in a mixing bowl

Knead the mixture with your hands; until you obtain a kind of dense and sandy ball

Spread out the mixture on the apples, then place it in the oven.

Cook for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve it with vanilla ice-cream or custard.
