RESTORATIVE STRETCH
MONDAYS IN NOVEMBER | 11:45 A.M.
Beginning Nov. 4, this class takes a restorative approach to
stretching as the instructor guides you though a series of
movements to help increase flexibility, enhance the mind/
body connection, and promote joint lubrication which
aids in reducing chronic pain caused by daily repetitive
actions. Restoration of muscles and rejuvenation of energy
flow through breathing techniques are the focal elements
offered at this workshop, giving the participant an integral
experience within this 50-minute program. This workshop
is $8 per class or $25 for all four classes.
