Flood Insurance Seminar Thursday, March 6, 2 - 4 p.m. Tammy Goodman from Selective Insurance Company of America will review the recent Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act (BW12) and will explain the recent major changes to the National Flood Insurance Program, which includes rate increases, elimination of subsidizes and remapping. This review will address how this change will impact Kiawah residents and address current and future rate increase for some policyholders.
