desired) to start toning up in this 40-minute video.
Kiawah’s beautiful beach. This workout features
stretches to open and exercises to strengthen
the all-important muscles of your core, working
abdominals, lower back and more.
CORE FUSION
Susan Lozier helps you strengthen your core in this
40-minute workout. This program is a fusion of
yoga, pilates, and other exercises for core strength
and range of motion.
DANCE FITNESS
Dance like no one’s watching (because you’re at
home!) in this exhilarating dance workout with Kelly
Bragg. This 40-minute class will get you energized
for the day to come.
HITEMPO
Stacey Richardson guides you through a heartpumping
cardio workout followed by a restorative
stretch session. Get moving and use your bodyweight
for an aerobic session like no other.
GENTLE YOGA
Join Barbara Halpern for a refreshing gentle yoga
class. This class will help you balance mind and

workout includes modifications for beginners as

TONE AND TIGHTEN
Enjoy a beach view and the sounds of birds chirping
as you get strong and lean with Michelle Peterson.
This class features 30-second intervals of lower body
strengthening and core tightening.
TAI CHI
Get relaxed while you work on strength and balance
for health with Dr. Maurice Olfus and Jane Go. Move
fluidly through a warm-up and postures, followed
by a cool down and a brief guided meditation
guided, all set to the soothing sound of the waves.
WEEKEND WORKOUT
Join instructor Melissa Durinsky for your Weekend
Workout. This cardio and strength training mix will
get you going any day of the week! Start off with 20
minutes of cardio dance followed by 20 minutes of
strength training.
