COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS Sea Island residents struggle with the burdens of rural poverty every day. The Kiawah Cares Foundation (KCF) aims to eliminate these burdens by supporting educational, enrichment and humanitarian efforts for children, seniors and families on Johns and Wadmalaw islands. The programs that Kiawah Cares supports all come from the same root: the desire to enable our neighbors to thrive.
